Smoothies are the easiest thing for home, when I'm working (graveyard shift 8:00pm - 6:00am) I generally bring two 20oz Blender Bottles of juice (pear/spinach and mango/orange/strawberry) with one 'normal' meal of rice or potatoes. and various fruits or mini peppers for snacks.
I suppose my food regimen isn't exclusively 80/10/10 but also a bit of Dr. McDougall's way of eating. I am however keeping the daily fat intake at or below 10%.
I flip on my weekends and sleep at night like a normal person. My biggest struggle is making sure I have my food pre-planned and packed for work so there are no deviations from my plan. My position is predominately one you work while sitting on your rear, and although our desks move up and down so we can stand, busy police traffic doesn't always work with being fully upright. Adding that to a 10-14 hour shift depending on overtime, and it's clear I have a super sedentary job.
I try to weight myself only once a week to avoid the scales minor fluctuations but I find that difficult as the pounds keep going down. On the flip side, it does often give me more encouragement.
